This is exactly what I wanted and was looking for. I have a 2008 Audi A6 and this adapter fits into my connector where the 30 pin adapter was plugged in...in the glove box. I have an MMI 2g High Interface and wasn't sure if it would work. Yes folks, this is it! The phone is not charging but the music is playing. The sound quality is excellent. Just crank the volume on your phone all the way up and you can adjust the volume to match the volume in your car. I am very happy with this purchase and you will be happy too if you choose to play your ringtones from your phone.
