I like that it has many categories to choose from when creating my website or app! It's great because you get instant feedback about how people are using your product/website. You don't have as much control over what is shown in searches since they're not just searching by topic but also by popularity (e.g., "best" vs. "popular"). However, this may be an opportunity to start looking at other ways of filtering results such as keywords used within content. For example, we had our clients use specific words throughout blog posts which was easy enough to filter out popular terms later down the road if need be.
