It works, burn your hand on the intake and the carb still feels cool!
This thing is pretty cool, the fact that you can touch your intake and it will burn your hand and then touch your carburetor and it will be cool to touch is amazing to me. I had a strong smell of fuel in my 73 K5 blazer and gave it a try for $20. I'm really impressed with its heat stopping ability and if I can do a few more carb inserts and clears with it I'll be even happier. We recommend.
