Review on Enhance Your Concrete Installation with Tools 1870568 Performance by Robert Espinoza

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It cuts very well in aggregate concrete.

This bit performs very well for drilling 4" deep holes in my septic tank with a high ratio of fine aggregate to concrete. I use a Skil 1/2" impact hammer to drill it and it takes a few minutes per hole. I was planning to use a screwdriver adapter compatible with this drill bit to drive the TAP screws into the concrete, but in my case an impact is required to install the screw tool.

Pros
  • One-piece construction withstands higher torque loads than standard quick-change drill bits
Cons
  • Legacy model
