Edit (02/11/2021): I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Unfortunately, after about 10 uses, the small sieve tore at the seam (*see photo) and is therefore completely unusable. We had to throw it away. The large sieve hangs there for the time being. First review: I was particularly interested in these sieves because they are collapsible and can be easily stowed in narrow drawers. When unfolded, these filters are stiff enough to hold their shape and squeeze out water quickly. The handles are easy to hold and have a hole in the middle so you can hang the filters up when not in use if you like. It is very convenient that these filters can be washed in the dishwasher. My only complaint is that I would rather have a large strainer (e.g. 6 liter) rather than a 4 and 2 liter set as I tend to cook large batches and need to use both strainers.
