Don't waste money!

I ordered 2 of these, 1 had no clasp. My guess is that at some point during delivery the box opened and fell out. The boxes are not sealed with tape, they are easy to open. The second knob I installed just spins in circles after a day when I try to lock the knob. After 1 day, something inside doesn't work? Return both, don't waste your money, this is complete rubbish.
