Waste of time and money buying USB DRIVE

Only suitable if you want to use it with other people. They can't tell you that. You only get a set amount of storage per person or sign-up account if you stop paying per person for your device. I spent all day loading photos into this thing and putting them in albums only to get lost. Yes, I did save from time to time to make sure my downloads were safe, but that wasn't the case anyway. I was spending too much time on it and it couldn't keep up with my workload. Signed out, signed in again, all gone! I bought the pre-launch cloud recovery crap only to find it didn't work. It is also limited to 5g per person. None of this is explained until you start using this thing. I've been working in IT for 35 years and I know very well how it should work, but it doesn't work the way I understand it. Maybe they just entice you to buy the item to confuse most people and annoy others. This is a large USB drive with limitations. So if you feel like tearing your hair out over a device that's more complicated than it should be, then go for it. Oh, and support, when I contacted them with a question about how to recover my files and concerns about my lost files and future features I should or shouldn't do, I received a smart, blunt 1- sentence answer. No reaction or concern about my situation. Don't waste money. Nothing smart about it except the person who came up with the concept.
