The user interface makes administration so easy! I can easily log in from my phone or tablet while waiting for patients. There's nothing that needs improvement; however, there are times when I feel like some features need to be added (e.g., text messaging reminders) but haven't found anything negative since we're using it every day. Overall, this system enables me to keep up with all aspects of managing our practices without having to spend time manually entering data. This reduces administrative errors and eliminates hours I would otherwise waste filling out paper forms. This program made our day by days tasks so much easier! I love how easy this makes scheduling appointments as well because everything can be done from home or anywhere in general really!! Great for dentist's that need more time off between patients but still make money while they're away. Nothing bad about anything i've found thus far if there was something then maybe its just me not liking certain things yet haha.
