Best patient management software ever!!!

The user interface makes administration so easy! I can easily log in from my phone or tablet while waiting for patients. There's nothing that needs improvement; however, there are times when I feel like some features need to be added (e.g., text messaging reminders) but haven't found anything negative since we're using it every day. Great product and great customer support

I like that there's so much information available in each case file for me as well as my team members when looking through them during our morning huddles or after hours reviews/case discussions! The initial setup was quite difficult but once we got everything set up correctly - very easy!! We were able to create multiple user accounts allowing us access from different locations (home office). Having all this info accessible makes managing cases easier than ever before.
