Review on RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch by Andrew Kay

I like that the program is easy enough for new users of CADD software to pick up quickly without overwhelming them. The fact that it has so many different functions makes this an excellent choice if you're looking at both types of dispatch programs. We have been able to get our jobs done faster than we could before using this software as well as being able to track incidents from start to finish through all phases of the process. This helps us keep everything organized for the operators who are working during these times. There's nothing I dislike about this product right now but there may be some features which aren't used very often but would make other people happy. It definitely does what it says it will do! Tracking information through each stage of emergencies/incidents is easier than ever thanks to having this piece of equipment installed and running correctly. Having everyone stay safe while also getting their job done was something we were not accomplishing before adding this onto our fleet.
