The bracket is built to withstand heavy use but the roller design is clearly lacking. There is no better place to tighten the roller and bracket, tighten the bracket with a nut. The equipment itself should be bigger and easier to use. When you tighten the screw that goes through the entire bracket, the buck doesn't move. Bad design, can't believe it's American. What is the flag for? Unfortunately I bought two of these and only looked at the packaging, MADE IN CHINA. Don't buy them, they're not worth it. Too bad you can't give 0 stars. Oh I don't use this on a real barn door
