It's exactly what I needed. A Y splitter so I can control two fans from one connection on my motherboard. For the one star reviews on this most of them are complaining about how it goes from 4 pin to 4 pin and 3 pin but they probably didn't bother to read the description. It controls both fans, but only takes the signal from one fan. If you want individual control to a fan, you need a hub with dedicated software. If you buy a cheap hub, the same will happen, all fans connected to that hub will go the same speed.
