Main mounting bolt (14mm) sheared

0 Sprockets - 14mm main drive belt tensioner mounting bolt sheared. To get to the sheared off portion of the 14mm mounting screw on the side of the A/C compressor bracket I had to: - remove the right front wheel - remove the upper and lower plastic fenders - remove the battery, battery case and battery mounting base - the water drain from the radiator and disconnect 2 hoses from the radiator - remove the radiator fan (left) - remove the A/C condenser fan (right) - remove the alternator - remove the A/C compressor mounting bolts and hang the compressor to the side - air conditioner bracket remove (see photos of air conditioning bracket on workbench) - Remove parts 3 of the cable harnesses. All this just to get at the sheared off screw on the side of the air conditioner bracket. Then drill a pilot hole and a 1/4" hole in the sheared bolt and use a bolt puller. Thank goodness the sheared bolt came out with plenty of aerosol oil! Unfortunately the job was only half done at that point. I was down putting all those components back in my car, filling the radiator and bleeding it... I learned something from that repair: whoever has Gates is gone.
