The ease of having everything in one place, it was seamless for our leadership team to have access through zoom meetings! Not being able of tracking who is actively attending as well if you are not physically at an event (which happens frequently). Having all events listed and organized would be great so we can see what people may want before they make plans themselves!! This way I could better schedule future outings or services etc without them saying "I'm going!" I like how easy it is to set up, use, customize and keep updated. It's very intuitive for anyone who knows WYSIWYG editing! The customer service could be more proactive in helping out when something goes wrong, but they are quick to respond once you do reach out. There isn't anything about this product we dislike yet. We're just getting started using it so there aren't any initial issues. This software has made our administrative tasks much easier than what we were doing before.
