Perfect size. Really easy to use. I was a little worried the suction cup wouldn't work properly, but it worked great on my soapstone countertop. My table isn't perfectly smooth like Formica or Corian, it has a bit of texture but it worked great. I was also concerned that it would be difficult to turn with one hand and hold the body with the other, but then again it was pretty easy. I was also worried it wouldn't be well built because it was very cheap. It is very well designed and finished. It was easy to use and easy to clean. I used it to make Italian sausages. I've been making sausage myself for a very long time, but have never made references because the stuffing attachment on my meat grinder just didn't work. It was slow and difficult to control, and tended to overload and damage the hull. This car is incredible. I'm sure a $200-$300 car is even better, but I make 3-5 pounds at a time, not 100 pounds. Very important.
