Ordered on 11 June 2020 The watch has worked flawlessly so far. About 100 days later he failed. I had several watch brands. It seems that most of the problems are due to the poor quality of the existing material. Not sure what would be the cause but it looks like the glue residue on the hands didn't help. These clocks were hung outdoors, protected from the weather and in the shade. I really liked the clock and the atomic function, but I just wish someone could make something that lasts a long time for a change. Stop getting things from China. Make quality parts in the USA and build a name that people will remember and think about the quality you make. I would happily pay extra and then buy disposable products that don't last long. I'm waiting for a response from the manufacturer on this issue. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product because who knows what materials have been used and how long they will last. UPDATE I was sent a new watch after the hands got stuck in one spot. I didn't take it to the streets in winter. Plant it this spring under the eaves of the garden shed on the north side where there is no sun. This went on for about 4-5 weeks. Again the problem with the hands. Very bad design. The hands are too fragile and too close together. I made a video of the hands being released after he stopped. The watch is not serviceable as it is sealed on all sides. The only thing that can be removed is the outer silver bezel with a stainless steel finish. I have had several issues that persist with lacrosse products including their weather conditions. I will not buy from them again in the future.
