If you are using this camera (and software app) with a new Droid phone (version 8 or 9) you will need to turn off the data on your phone for this app to work. I am currently using 2 different types of these cameras to monitor the grain yard loading process. Both cameras are good for this, but didn't work on the latest phones until the data was turned off.
