I like that it is easy to use for any business whether they are just starting out or have been around awhile. The support team also has some knowledge when things go wrong which makes them very accessible even if you don't know exactly what happened yet! Sometimes there will be an issue where messages aren't going through properly but we've never had issues connecting to our servers as of now so thats great! Definitely recommend this product because its pretty simple once set up correctly to get started right away. It's nice having all your marketing tools under one platform instead of using multiple different applications. I love how easy it is to integrate into our website and platform. The team at Quiq were very responsive and made sure we could get up and running quickly. It's been great working with them! They are also really good about keeping you updated on what they're doing next. Honestly, I don't have any dislikes! If you need a way to communicate with your customers through multiple channels, this is the solution for you. Quiq has helped us increase engagement with our users, and it's super easy for them to use!
