Excellent value for money. I didn't see my LG LSC27914SB fridge in the compatible models list, but the filter looked almost identical, so I tried it out and was glad it fitted perfectly. VERY weak water flow, small white particles flow through and the ice smells strange. I replaced the LG filter (which probably never changed) with a Filterlogic filter and when I ran through the first glass I had a HUGE splash. There was some mold coming out and the water was greyish green, absolutely disgusting. The line must be blocked by the old filter. After pouring 20-30 glasses of water, the water became crystal clear and the particles disappeared! I'm no longer afraid to drink water from the fridge! If you have problems with water flow or fine particles, replace the water filter! These 3 packs last 1.5 years of clean water for only $25 when you change the filter every 6 months as recommended.
