Delivered on time. This grinder is a good weight and you can tell right away that it's made of high quality stainless steel and not cheap brittle sheet metal. It's designed to be used and withstand manual impact and won't break or fall into a bowl or pan full of your ingredients leaving you in a mess! Assembly was required but it couldn't be easier, we're talking about 10 seconds per assembly. This also means that it breaks down just as quickly for cleaning purposes. Due to the easy assembly, there is no need to change the mill plates in three different sizes. I'm very happy with this purchase and to top it all off at a price of less than $20? Seriously, I'm willing to pay double for this quality. This purchase should not cause you any difficulties. I hope this review helped.
