The first bottle arrived broken, although the packaging was intact. A large shard of glass and many small shards were broken at the bottom. Cleaning my counter was excruciating as I found more and more broken glass everywhere. The second bottle arrived intact, but it felt so fragile in my hands that I doubted how much of a "useful cup" it could really be. I was afraid it would break if I tried to take it anywhere. However, I decided to give it a try. For the first fill I just used water to test for leaks and left it in the sink overnight instead of the fridge. Glad I did! I came back in the morning and saw that the bottle was almost empty and the water was in the drain. I'm just glad I didn't have to dry out the fridge. I ended up throwing it away. Lesson learned.
