Iced coffee tastes great but unfortunately it leaks even when my husband tightens the bottom very well. It spilled over my backpack (it was in the outside drinks pocket) and my dress on the way to work. I would give this five stars if it weren't phased out because it brews really well, but who wants to lose precious caffeine anywhere. Edited to give it a star because the seal is broken.

So this works great, but two things: The caps (both ends) are made quite cheaply. I bought three, the first one is just an extra piece because the beautiful stainless steel lid turned freely on the plastic lid so I had to press really hard to get the lid off. The second is the top cover. You cannot remove the washer to get under it to clean it. However, it comes out when it wants to, and the piece of stainless steel holding it floats in your coffee. This is one of the best Revain purchases I've made all year. Perfect for traveling and visiting friends, I can bring my own coffee and take it with me every day instead of depending on different types of coffee when traveling. I wish the filter was a little more secure at the bottom of the bottle, there were times when the coffee grounds spilled out, but other than that it was the perfect coffee brewing device for a recent girls outing.

The first bottle arrived broken, although the packaging was intact. A large shard of glass and many small shards were broken at the bottom. Cleaning my counter was excruciating as I found more and more broken glass everywhere. The second bottle arrived intact, but it felt so fragile in my hands that I doubted how much of a "useful cup" it could really be. I was afraid it would break if I tried to take it anywhere.
