Excellent quality bread/dough!
Very happy with the purchase of this wonderful bread. Beautiful, durable and comfortable wooden handle. A popular way of scoring dough before baking is to use a curved blade, and this helps me make the perfect cut for the correct "ears" of the bread. I like it when a double-edged blade slides over the metal part of the blade, so I took a very fine grinder around the edges so the razor would slide without snagging on the metal. Now the blade slides without problems. Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommended
