I bought this headset assuming it would work with all phones but it didn't work with my husband's phone. The seller was very helpful and explained that although the phone fits in the headset, not all phones (like his Samsung J) support VR. Just make sure to check the "Gyroscope" under its sensors, especially if you have one of the budget models, all standard/new models support it. My husband was able to use the headset on my phone which he enjoyed a lot. After all, we would never have found out without the seller's help. He really made sure we understood how to find opportunities and use the headset correctly. excellent customer service.
