Gets the job done best in my review
There are settings to give you the draft that you need for your circumstance. Of course in hot conditions, the air blows warm air but at least you have circulation where you need it. I sweat from my face and head but the neck device keeps me comfortable.The device does not generate heat. It makes minimal noise even with the wind at your ears.

- I work in a kitchen, and it really helps with the heat!
Cons
- Used it for 2 days and it stopped working. Won't hold a charge. Piece of crap. Very disappointed.
