I bought two thermometers to see how well they were calibrated. It doesn't give high marks because they track perfectly over a wide range of temperatures. They also respond much more quickly than the thermometer they replaced. The reflective area of the dial is much easier to read than the previously coated area. However, one thing does not match what is stated on the website: the watch face is not 3 inches. The outer diameter of the dial is 2.7 inches. The glass portion is 2.3 inches and the pointer is 1 inch long. They are still completely fit for me, but you should be aware of that.
