Review on Reversible Cherry Wood Edge Grain Cutting Board By John Boos - 20" X 15" X 1.5 by Charles Thomas

Purchased the John Boos Block R02 Maple Wood Edge Grain Reversible Cutting Board, 24 Inches x 18 Inches x 1.5 Inches in November 2021. Have been religious in taking care of it since I got it with their products. It has slowly started separating between the pieces of wood. The glue is separating. If you look at the photos you will see a crack that is between two parts of the block that go all the way through the board. This is supposed to be a heritage cutting board that I can pass on to kids and grandkids but this isn't doing going to be. Food is getting trapped in the crack. I have contacted Boos to repair or replace but have had no answer. I would NOT buy this product again.
