This product is simply a pleasure to use. Infinite adjustment within limits, nice soft rubber inserts that keep the stone secure in the sink and after moderate use it really does look like it's made out of real stainless steel hardware. I've sharpened quite a few steak and kitchen knives and this bridge is stable and repeatable. If you are serious about sharpening your knives and are on a budget, this is an absolute must!
