The tool itself is of high quality, strong, does not bend. However, in my applications it barely captures the small relays I use. They barely grip the notches on the relay and don't grip the underside well with pliers in the closed position. See photos. Of course, this won't work if you have multiple relays next to each other, as you can't get the pliers to switch between the relays. So back to using screwdrivers to pry them out. They work well for large block shaped relays so maybe I just bought the wrong tool or was misled into thinking these are general purpose relay pliers. Anyway, they don't fit me, so they were thrown in the bin of unused tools in the shop. Let's go back to the market in search of the best tool.
