I wanted to save money in the long run as I'm on a gluten free diet and bought this machine. I was hoping that I would follow the recipe, put it in the car and get good bread with the gluten free setting. NO . NOT THE CASE. now folks who love it have made adjustments to the recipes by reading the reviews, adding something and "playing" with the mixes. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It should be like a regular bread maker. You put in the exact ingredients and it comes out. I'm not a baker and I don't have time to play and throw away ingredients and food. it returns. Waste of time and money if you have a lot of them
