There are two parts, a long strap and a short clip that the strap snaps into. The parts seem to be of good quality, however there is a problem: the short clip seems to be designed upside down, the screw hole is on the wrong side. The concern is that the leverage could tear the screw out of the boot's leather. The short clip is also different from the one shown in the picture. What is pictured in this listing actually has a screw on the right side, seems like a good design. So they sent me the wrong parts! UPDATE: I installed them anyway and they seem to be robust and working pretty well. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. The product is not the same as in the photo but it works very well and just great! I installed through the existing metal grommets, no need to drill holes in the shoe's leather.
