Bought to fix a broken inline skate belt. As other users have noted, there is a design flaw in the clasp as the screw is on the proximal end, not the distal end, so the strap ends up stretching it. Instead I chose to just use the strap on the previous buckle/clasp. It was wider than our previous tape so I had to cut 2mm off the width but it worked. So if you're hearing about the issues with it, given the price it was a good buy for us.

I got rid of my old K2 skates after years of sitting in my closet. After cruising down our street a bit and taking off our skates, one of the ratchet straps broke. It had weak points and broke quite easily. I ordered them and they fit perfectly. The only difficulty was drilling out the old rivets, but they were easy to install after that and I look forward to using them again. buy a new pair of skates!

There are two parts, a long strap and a short clip that the strap snaps into. The parts seem to be of good quality, however there is a problem: the short clip seems to be designed upside down, the screw hole is on the wrong side. The concern is that the leverage could tear the screw out of the boot's leather. The short clip is also different from the one shown in the picture. I purchased these to replace a broken strap on my Rollerblade Twister Edge skates while waiting for OEM straps which are currently out of stock from the supplier where I bought the skates. These are good substitutes. The strap itself is the same width, but! It appears that the screw placement standard differs slightly between the Rollerblade and these Chinese counterparts. You could do better if you drill an inner hole to move it around a bit, but of course it would be better if they just…
