Review on Nespresso Gran Lattissima Espresso Machine: Premium White De'Longhi Edition by Kody Bradley

This is a replacement for the first machine we ordered which had the milk frother stop working after a few uses. On the second day we requested a replacement from Revain. A second came and started the same problem of not pulling the milk out of the container. We contacted Revain who put us in touch with Nespresso. Nespresso sent a replacement frother which took three days to ship and we needed more. Washed, machined and same problem. They'll take a couple of weeks to fix what we've only been able to partially enjoy for the past two weeks. We're done with that and are returning the second block. Nespresso was great in terms of customer service. The process is very slow with no ability to track the status of the parts order. We actually bought another machine that came packaged in Aerozin and it worked really well.
