Since I had captain's chairs in my SUV, I needed a barrier with at least three intersecting panels. Assembling and installing was fairly easy, but once assembled the rumble from the barrier while driving was so severe that after about a week I was ready to box it up and send it back. Before I did that, I took a close look and found that almost all of the rattling was coming from the bottom adjustment thread. The adjustment rod slides into the frame, causing metal to rattle on metal. I taped the threads inserted into the frame with electrical tape and now there is almost no rattling. Updated 01/11/15. After a few months I noticed that the barrier started rattling again. I noticed that one of the pipe clamps broke in half and fell off. I contacted Solv-it customer service to ask about replacing the yoke as it didn't stick and they didn't hesitate to send a replacement straight away. Respect to Solv-it for customer care. The barrier still works great and doesn't rattle.
