I ordered a supply of ink from 499inks to have on hand. When I installed them, the printer (Workforce 3720) did not recognize them. I called this company (499inks) and was told the ink wouldn't work because I had updated the printer firmware. No exchange or repair offered. They tried to pin it on me. Anyway, just want to say that this ink works in my upgraded printer. I thought I couldn't use aftermarket ink but it works. BTW the brand that didn't work was G&G ink.
