I ordered a supply of ink from 499inks to have on hand. When I installed them, the printer (Workforce 3720) did not recognize them. I called this company (499inks) and was told the ink wouldn't work because I had updated the printer firmware. No exchange or repair offered. They tried to pin it on me. Anyway, just want to say that this ink works in my upgraded printer. I thought I couldn't use aftermarket ink but it works. BTW the brand that didn't work was G&G ink.

I was skeptical about the purchase but I'm so glad I did! So much money saved. Both my daughter and I are in college and we print so much that I had to find a way to save money. That's cool. I will order every time I need ink.

I have had no problems with this product. Prints great. Good price! Already recommended to a friend who also loves this product! Will get more if needed.

I use my printer for regular text documents and stickers or graphics for fun projects (nothing professional) and have had no problems with cartridges or my printouts

This cartridge is not recognized by my printer that uses cartridges of this size. Stopped us on the way as we had an error code until I replaced it with proprietary ink. It was a big disappointment. I wonder if others have had this problem.
