Review on 🔍 Optimized FRAM Extra Guard Air Filter CA9493 for Acura and Honda Vehicle Models by Andrew Britton

Please see my photo. This filter is not high enough for my 06 Crv. The filter I'm comparing to in the picture is called Napa Pro Select. It's a tight fit on the underside and there's satisfactory resistance when you press on the top air filter cover. This frame debris has no resistance and lies loosely on the lower lip. I've been discontinuing the filter for a month and decided to test it out to see how it looks. My inlet post filter has dust that I wiped off when it was originally installed. This filter lets particles through. In addition, if you shine a bright LED flashlight from the inside, you can see tiny holes. It doesn't work with my other filter. Thank god I checked it. Will be replaced by another brand. Put the old filter back in place. The thought of this crappy filter letting dirt into my engine makes me very angry. Too bad about the frame. The previous positive reviews shouldn't have noticed that, but if you have this filter, it's best to take a look right away.
