Review on Uniclife Aquarium Adjustable Single Accessories by Alicia Pattinson

This air pump is very quiet and relatively thin. What I like best is that it's mostly rectangular so it goes well with my aquariums. I have two small sponge filters in 2.5 liter aquariums on a small bookshelf. Also, this is the first small air pump I've discovered that doesn't slowly vibrate into the nearest object. A peaceful gurgle is all I can hear from a few feet away, which is a massive improvement over its aging predecessor! My only complaint is that I chose this particular air pump because it is adjustable and I assumed it would more than do the job. It runs two tiny sponge filters and might still have some power left since it's rated for up to 30 gallons. It is currently connected to a 4-way valve of which only two are used. The other two are closed and do not let air through. I had to fiddle with the levers for a few minutes before I knew it was right or ALL the air comes out of the exhaust at the very end. If only these two work, it seems like they can hardly be balanced evenly, so I don't think I can add more lines. However, I have no experience with group valves, so maybe it's user error, a defective group valve, or is this normal for the pump? I'd like to give the suction 3 stars but I'm not sure I can confidently blame the pump so I'm giving it 4. Any comments on this would be helpful.
