Review on 🔒 Fulton ETCLB 0700 Spare Tire Carrier: Secure Your Tire with Locking Bracket by Michael Keitt

Manufacturers packaging was opened in shipping envelope. Two nuts were missing and the lock and key were missing as stated in the product description. I'm going back and ordering a replacement. It seems well made and will do the job. All parts needed for installation. Can't rate the product, it was a replacement. The second unopened pack is still missing parts! do not buy! I'm not sure how AMAZON allows this false advertising. I would like to update that the small brackets are threaded and screw onto the large U-bolt. A little awkward to install, but it works. If you block them together, they cannot be deleted. Still need to buy a separate lock
