Leaves a strong burr even on soft metals.

This product leaves a strong burr on soft metals, mine brass. Tried many variable speeds, none of which turned out to be better or much worse, for example none of the HEAVY ridges than the other. I would spend the extra money and try a more expensive brand. Brass should not have this problem with this device.

Pros

HRC 45 degrees: Carbide End Mills are excellent for machining carbon steels (~HB225), alloy steels (HB225~325), pre-hardened steels (up to HRC45), hardened steels (HRC40 ~45) and cast iron.
