It's easy enough to use without having technical knowledge of how it works or what you're doing with your data in order to make changes/additions etc. I can't think about anything right now! We've only had our account up since last week so we are still learning more features but there doesn't seem like much at this point as far as functionality goes - just getting familiar wtih creating an organization profile (which will be needed when adding users) & using some basic functions such as editing work orders / tickets within projects. The best part by FAR has been being able to have access via my phone while out working which helps keep me focused even if i'm not near wifi or internet connections. Being able to easily communicate between teams who may all live remotely makes things easier than they would otherwise normally be. This isn't really something new anymore given most people these days already know someone.
