This is the best packaging as I can say it is a "brand new item" as I see it, the power cord is tied, lol! I tested it yesterday and was pleased - as soon as you press the ON button you see a BLUE light in the tank and according to the manual there is a 5 minute timer to clear the element and automatically shut off. Also, allow the machine to cool down before starting a new cleaning cycle. This is my first day using it to clean glasses with just less Melaleuca chemical dish soap (if you know the brand name)! I liked the miniature size - in mm: 226x130x118 (LxWxH); Tank material - stainless steel; Made in China. I would recommend draining and drying the liquid after each use.
