You entered the wrong password by mistake. When you try to go to the site in the settings of the router, it generally opens an error page on the 4C model. Also, nothing happens when you try to access the IP 19220228.31.1 address of Xiaomi routers specified in the instructions. Lan cable not included. No wall mount. I regret not reading the negative reviews for this product! It appears that support for this model has been discontinued. If you don't want problems, don't buy this router!
