Works very well Works well in weak signal locations.

I am using this to allow my house to text me for certain events. I don't use the data portion, I'm only planning on spending $5 a month to send text messages. With an additional antenna for outdoor mounting, it was reliable. The included antenna was fine too, but while I was in my garage messages were sometimes delayed as the radio reestablished contact.

Pros

This is a telecom HAT that supports multiple communication functions: NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), Cat-M (aka eMTC, Advanced Machine Type Communication) and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System).
