I do like the K tape, & its beneficial for my planter fasciitis. It definitely helps the pain in certain movements. The only thing ive noticed is this K tape is a little less thick than the K tape at PT. It can stand to be a little thicker.
- Allows for greater range of motion
- May not provide enough support for older injuries
