I love that it's web-based, so there isn't any software to install or manage - which makes life easier for our clients! It does have some clunky features (it can be difficult navigating between projects) but this has been addressed in recent updates by adding more tabs/views into each page of your dashboard etc., making things much better now than they were initially when we first started using ORCASO two years ago!! We've also recently integrated with Zapier allowing us access all manner from data collection via Google Forms right through tot he end report generation without having multiple tools installed within separate platforms like Slack / Trello; AND IT'S FREE.
