The support for various languages, that it supports both English & Spanish language. It has a really good UI which makes you feel comfortable in using this software from the first time. I like that it has an easy to use, intuitive interface with many features in one place for all of my teams needs (project managers/managers). It would be nice if you could see who was working when someone sends out email updates or other work items across multiple projects at once from within your inbox - maybe even have access via mobile apps? I love that it's web-based, so there isn't any software to install or manage - which makes life easier for our clients! It does have some clunky features (it can be difficult navigating between projects) but this has been addressed in recent updates by adding more tabs/views into each page of your dashboard etc., making things much better now than they were initially when we first started using ORCASO two years ago!!
