This supplement was ordered for my husband and recommended by our doctor. Delivered quickly but the pods were filled to the brim of the bottle which I would normally agree with but this resulted in all the pods bursting and the sticky white powder spilling onto the other pods inside. Bottle. They turned into a huge lump in a bottle from which it is impossible to get out without breaking it. A total waste of money and we cannot return them as they have been opened. We will buy this supplement in a store somewhere. It just sucks, we lost 20 bucks.
