Terrible product, not worth the money at all!

Bought these tires today. After an hour of operation, I called the seller with the question - “Can I return it, it’s very noisy ? ! Even the winter studded Hakka-8 is much quieter. ”
Of course, I was refused, like, write a claim, we will deal with it.
They also sent it to the offsite.
Well, how then to buy tires from this manufacturer?
So it goes.
