Review on 🌬️ Nordic Pure 24x24x1 Pleated Air Filter - MERV 12 Efficiency, 6-Pack by Rashan Jimenez

Filters mate with standard MERV pleated filters. Purchased size 24 x 24 x 1 inch The problem was that the size is not correct. Despite being square we rotated the filter on all 4 sides to make sure it wasn't facing the right way (or side) and there was no difference. They are undersized on all sides, probably 1/" - 5/8" less. It was inconvenient to fiddle around with and some sort of cardboard backing was required to keep the filter from being sucked into the pursuit and serving no purpose. No, we didn't call the seller. We didn't want to mess around with returns/exchanges as although our AC was off we were doing some renovations and wanted to keep excess dust and dirt out of the system. I can't think of a single reason why the supplier wouldn't agree to a replacement, but I didn't want to make a replacement only to find them undersized again. We just got through this. By the way, we checked our chase and it is indeed rectangular, but the filters are not. We hope that the manufacturer will make adjustments. It is better for the filter to be tight than loose. Also, they did what filters were supposed to do.
